Agricultural Export & Import

YAHP is a trusted exporter and importer of high-quality agricultural products sourced from Tanzania’s fertile and diverse agro-ecological zones. Leveraging the country’s rich agricultural potential, we offer a broad portfolio that includes maize, rice, beans, edible oils (primarily sunflower oil, palm oil and soya bean oil), sugar, and a variety of fruits, nuts, and cereals. These products are cultivated in key agricultural regions such as the Southern Highlands (Mbeya, Iringa, Ruvuma) for maize and beans, Morogoro and Shinyanga for rice, Singida and Dodoma for sunflower, and Kilimanjaro, Tanga, and the Lake Zone for bananas, avocados, and other tropical fruits. Beyond staple crops, YAHP also supports the trade and export of Tanzania’s leading cash crops such as coffee from Kilimanjaro and Mbeya, cashew nuts from Mtwara and Lindi, cloves from Zanzibar, and sisal from Tanga. Our operations are built on strong relationships with smallholder farmers, cooperatives, and large-scale producers, enabling us to maintain consistent supply and high-quality standards. We partner with both local farmers and international buyers, managing the entire supply chain—from sourcing and quality assurance to warehousing, logistics, and customs clearance. Mineral Trading & Export

YAHP Enterprise is actively engaged in the trade and export of high-value minerals, including pure copper cathodes, copper concentrates, and copper scraps. In addition to these, the company deals in a range of precious and industrial metals such as gold, tanzanite (a rare gemstone found only in Tanzania), diamonds, nickel, graphite, and lithium. Through strategic sourcing and a commitment to quality, YAHP ensures the reliable supply of these sought-after resources to both regional and international markets.

Fishing & Marine Project (Upcoming

YAHP Enterprise Co. Limited is in the advanced planning stages of launching a large-scale Deep Sea Fishing Project along Tanzania’s Indian Ocean coastline. This strategic initiative will involve the deployment of modern, fully equipped fishing vessels designed for sustainable deep-sea operations, targeting high-value species such as tuna, kingfish, and swordfish. These vessels will utilize advanced navigation, sonar, and cold-chain storage technologies to ensure efficient and environmentally responsible harvesting.

The project will be complemented by a dedicated Fishing Vessel Manufacturing Program, aimed at building local capacity in marine engineering and reducing dependency on imported vessels. This integrated approach will not only boost Tanzania’s deep-sea fishing capabilities but also create skilled employment in boatbuilding, maintenance, and support services.

To further enhance value addition and global competitiveness, YAHP will establish state-of-the-art fish processing and packaging facilities, adhering to international standards for hygiene, quality control, and traceability. These facilities will enable the export of premium-grade seafood products to international markets including Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

Through this initiative, YAHP seeks to strengthen Tanzania’s position in the global seafood trade, contribute to economic growth, and unlock new opportunities within the country’s emerging blue economy.
