With a career spanning more than two decades and four countries, Christopher John. brings a wealth of global experience to his role as Executive Director. His expertise is rooted in managing the complete operations of multinational group companies , with a strong focus on financial management, system analysis, and general administration.
Throughout his career, Christopher has held key leadership positions in diverse industries, including General Manager for a leading property development group in Kenya and Finance Manager for one of Tanzania's largest fish exporters. His core responsibilities have consistently included full financial control , management of legal and tax matters , and computerization of company-wide operations.

Karim Msoffe
Karim A. Msoffe is a dedicated professional with a solid foundation in mechanics and maritime operations. After completing his secondary education in Tanzania, he pursued Mechanical studies at Arusha Technical College for two years.
Following his studies, Karim gained valuable hands-on experience working as a Seaman Level 3 for four years. During this time, he served as a Number 2 Assistant in Engine Room Maintenance/Oiler aboard the Kionmani vessel operating in Madagascar.
Driven by a passion for community development, Karim founded his own youth organization, Youth Against Hunger and Poverty, established in 2011. The organization focuses on combating hunger and poverty through various local initiatives.
In 2017,
Karim founded YAHP Enterprises Company Limited, a company specializing in deep-sea fishing and related maritime ventures now focused on exportation of agricultural and mineral products business. Under his leadership in YAHP Enterprises Msofe plays a key role as a senior corporate leader while managing operations.

With over four decades of diverse experience spanning international trade, agriculture, renewable energy, and industry, Afif Tannus is a seasoned entrepreneur and advisor recognized for his innovation and strategic vision. Currently serving as a General Advisor in International Trade, he plays an active role in global commerce, focusing on vital commodities such as gold, sugar, wheat, and oils. His work also extends to renewable energy projects in Africa and the GCC, where he has pioneered solar energy solutions and improved industrial gas efficiency to promote sustainable and cost-effective operations. In the field of agriculture investment, he manages extensive almond and olive orchards covering more than 500 hectares in Portugal and Morocco. He is also the Owner & CEO of Prince Tahina Manufacture, a leading player in the global tahini industry, renowned for setting high standards and driving sector growth. Earlier in his career, he established and led one of the most prominent accounting and tax advisory firms in the Galilee region (1975–1995), holding the top market position during that time. Throughout his journey, he has built a reputation as an innovative and results-driven businessman with a keen ability to identify opportunities, negotiate successfully, and consistently deliver revenue growth and profitability.
